1. Order Processing

All orders placed through Mooth Shop are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once an order enters the processing stage, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


2. Customer Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information entered at checkout is accurate and complete, including:

  • shipping address

  • phone number

  • email address

Mooth Shop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.


3. Shipping & Delivery Time

We ship internationally using trusted logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time for the United States:

  • 7–15 business days

Delivery time may vary due to:

  • customs clearance

  • high-volume seasons

  • weather conditions

  • carrier delays

These factors are outside of our control.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear due to international processing.


5. Payment Security

All payments made on Mooth Shop are securely encrypted through Shopify’s PCI-compliant system.

We do not store or have access to your credit card information.


6. Order Verification

For security reasons, some orders may require additional verification or confirmation.
This may include confirmation of payment details or identity verification if unusual activity is detected.

This process protects both the customer and the store from fraudulent transactions.


7. Refunds & Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, following our official Refund Policy.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed in 5–10 business days after inspection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

We will replace the item at no cost to the customer.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees.
Mooth Shop is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country.
